First of all, let me welcome you to my space on the Web. A place where you will learn a little bit more about me, and a lot more about my book, A Half-Husband's Journey.
I was born in Ketchikan, Alaska. I was raised in Southeast Alaska, including Ketchikan, Haines, Juneau, and even Thorne Bay. I began writing at a young age, and it didn't take me long to find my passion in writing poetry.
I am twenty-three years old, and no, I am not married, yet. I have left that portion of my life with God. I am truly enjoying my journey as a haf-husband, and I thank God for all He shows me, for His guidance, wisdom, and the many blessings he has given to me. Some of those blessings are my four younger siblings. Yes, I am the eldest of five children, and growing up I had to do my share of diaper changes, babysitting, and "running herd" on my two youngest brothers and my sister. My second eldest brother, Nick, and I are pretty close in age, so we grew up together, as brothers do, fighting over toys, playing war, and picking on the younger kids in the family :).
When my publisher, His Work Christian Publishing, accepted my manuscript for A Half-Husband's Journey, I was very happy. My desire is that A Half-Husband's Journey will help others as it has helped me, because in this day in age people are constantly pressured about relationships, sex before marriage, and other "wordly" things. I needed a tool that had a lot of Scriptural points about those topics to help me change my mind-set. Writing A Half-Husband's Journey was that tool for me. Hopefully, my readers will gain use from this same tool.
