Contests
We love to encourage new talent! God has given everyone gifts, talents, abilities and we feel they should be used for HIS glory. To help encourage and inspire those talents we offer contests to unpublished writers and illustrators.


Eligibility
To be eligible to enter His Work Christian Publishing contests you cannot be published in any genre in book or e-book format. Articles in magazines and newspapers are fine, as well as some anthologies. You must submit your own original work and not the work of another.



Fees
The fees we charge are standard for publication contests, contest entries submitted without their proper fees will not be reviewed.

The fees are as follows:

    * Children's Book or YA manuscript entry fee $10.00
   * Adult fiction or non-fiction manuscript fee $15.00
   * Illustrations for books fee $10.00
   * Children's art contest fee $5.00
   * Children's writing contest fee $5.00
   * Poetry contest fee $2.00 per poem (up to 10 poems)

Where does the money go?

We are a small publishing house and therefore charge a small fee for each contest entry. The fees are standard for publication contests and go toward covering the costs of the prize money paid to the winners of the contests as well as to cover the expenses of publishing the winning books and illustrations.
